Delicious and luxury wedding food served in our Essex barns. We use only the best fresh and seasonal produce. You can choose custom wedding menus to suit your theme, whether that’s a rustic or fairytale theme, or something else.

We work with Essex wedding caterer, Limeberry Catering who are Hitched award winners. Limeberry work with leading Essex venues and have a team of catering experts.
Limeberry offer various wedding breakfast packages and an evening menu.
Highlights of the evening menu include bbq catering and or hog roast buffet. Tasting sessions are available in The New London restaurant in Chelmsford.
We are happy to answer any questions you have about the wedding food.

We have three wedding drinks packages at Colville to suit all budgets.
We offer a personalised service, working with you to perfect your wedding drinks menu.
Included are all the signature drinks for weddings.
We also have a modern and fully equipped bar in our wedding reception barn, which your guests will love.
Wedding cocktails can be added on to your drinks package at an additional cost . They can be adapted to suit your taste – whether you like a classic margarita, or a Long Island iced tea is more your thing.
